The stay was good overall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is soundproof , and promotes easy sleeping. Only to improve (room 308): - The cleanliness (dust collection on the rooms' phone). - The shower head holder was loose /fragile and not supporting the shower head. - Shower drainage was slow. - Suggestion: maybe the hotel shall consider putting 1or 2 white light (for customers paperwork task/online meeting purposes), instead of overall yellow. Keep up the good service. Hopefully to see much improvement in the future.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Impress with the over all condition. -Family and I like the family suite very much and it matched the rating of a 3 to 4 star accommodation.

This hotel maintenance very well even belong to 8 years old hotel. Clean and look new. Hotel stuff super friendly and helpful. Nearby easy to find parking, shopping and food. Highly recommend hotel.

For a budget hotel, it is superbly clean and tidy, I had a very good night sleep here. The facilities here are adequate for such price and many eateries around the hotel. Shower room is nicely scrubbed and odorless.

The bed was very comfortable. There were many amenities. The place was clean and nicely kept. The location was convenient. The staff were efficient and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and was prompt in responding to my needs. Location was very good with lots of eateries and convenient shops The room was clean and the bed was confortable with basic amenities provided.

Comfy bed with 2 pillows and a clean toilet. Most importantly the hotel is surrounded by food and there's also Mr. DIY and 99 Speedmart etc within walking distance.

The staff is friendly and the facilities are on point. Good location as they are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (but you need to walk a bit if you wish to find a convenience store) and it’s walkable from lrt station (around 10 mins).
